- Rattler Plus Account-holders will be assessed a .50% origination fee
- Diamondback Account-holders they will be assessed a .50% origination fee
- Platinum Account-holders they will be assessed a .50% origination fee
- Borrower is responsible for all closing costs
- The Credit Union will finance up to 90% of the appraised value
- Mortgage refinancing ranges from $25,000 to $450,000
- Property must be located within 100 mile radius of Tallahassee 45-day rate lock
